For some odd reason I've been doing a lot of cooking lately.  I'm not really sure why; I'm probably just bored or something.  Here are a few recent items from the menu.

They are all great recipes but the White Fish Foil Pocket is one of my favorite recipes of all time.  It's seriously amazing.  I made white rice to go along with it because it's a tad bit spicy.
